Blade and Soul Another Look

I'm still having fun playing Blade and Soul, I've decided to start playing as an assassin. I think I'm enjoying him more than the Kung Fu Master, but that might be because of my addiction to Naruto, that could also be why I've recently started playing Final Fantasy XIV as a ninja. Anyway the lag times during combat comes and goes now. Sometimes I can just change the channel I'm playing on, and that clears it up right away, and other times no matter where I go as soon as combat starts all sorts of trouble starts.   Another problem that is more of an annoyance that a real problem are the gold bots in chat. A lot of games have the same problem and I just use the same fix for all of them, right click, and block. On an entirely different note, I've started doing let's plays, If you want to check them please do on my youtube channel.

Final Fantasy XIV The Road to Ninja

That's right a the road to being a ninja, because we all know nothing beats a ninja. So how do you become a ninja? First: You have to have a level 30 rogue, and a level 15 Pugilist. Second: You need to be done with the rogue story quest with the three treasures.( Found that out last night the hard way) Third: (unconfirmed) Do the story quest Sylph Management. You've probably already got it done, but still a lot of people told me I needed this one done. Forth: Once the first and second things are done go and talk to Jacke at the rogue's guild and he'll set you up with the quest chain for ninja.

Blade and Soul yay or not...

The new mmo Blade and Soul, from Nexon has just been released. I was super excited about, can't beat a good martial arts game after all then I started playing. At first I was doing pretty good, the movement was good, the story was interesting, and the graphics are nice but then it happened. Right as the climax to the cinematic at the end of the first zone was happening, the game crashed. When I logged back in suddenly I was in a new zone, no clue of what happened to my master or my friends, now I'm just standing in some town near a beach. Well, I guess I can get over that, I'm sure videos of it will be on youtube. Then I got into my first fight that wasn't in the starting zone and then the lag begins. Trying to get the counter punch to work, is near impossible to get to work, suddenly other enemies are just appearing around me, even my normal attacks are off because all the timing has just gone out the window. I've asked for help to see if anybody else has had

New Final Fantasy XIV addiction

Image
I've recently started playing Final Fantasy XIV. I've played almost every FF game made and figured it was only a matter of time before I started this one too. Anyway I've been having a blast, started off as a lancer because Dragoons have always been a favorite class in the past, but then I saw they had Ninjas, and let's be honest, nothing beats a Ninja. So yeah, yeah here's a screen shot of my new addiction.

What is P2W

What is pay to win (p2w)? Pay to win is when the game offers you something in-game for real money that give you an unfair advantage over everybody else.  Examples? Weapons that are more powerful than anything else in the game. Characters that are more powerful than anything else in game. wait times, travel times become so long that the game becomes near impossible to play without paying. What isn't it? Cosmetic items. New hair isn't going to win you anything. Experience Bonus Mounts Where things get confusing? Sometimes a game is still p2w even if you can get the items without paying. Well then how is it p2w? Really it all comes down to a balancing act. If the game is selling a super weapon and you can pay real money to get it but you can also get the game threw in game currency it's not p2w, unless, getting that in-game currency in drops few and far between making it almost impossible to get enough to buy the item. A game that has done a good job of ba
