Fallout DLC Announced

If danced I would dance a jig of glee, but nobody wants to see that. I love Fallout4 and finally Bethesda has announced the first three DLC coming, Automatron, Wasteland Workshop and Far Harbor. Automatron will be $10 and released in March. You'll be out to stop an evil horde of robots released by "The Mysterious Mechanist." Not only will you be hunting those robots but you'll be able to create your own robots. That's right my evil robot minions go forth, insert evil cackle here. Wasteland Workshop will be released in April and cost $5. It's going to to let you set traps to catch just about anything in the wastelands. Not just creatures but people like the raiders. You'll be able to tame the creatures or face them off against each other. Far Harbor is the biggest of the three announced and will be $25, in May. It's supposed to have a new case from Valentine's Detective Agency, adding a huge land mass, news quests, settlements, creatures and d...

Borderlands Pre-Sequel New DLC

The next DLC for Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel, has been announced. Lady Hammerlock the Baroness, will let you play as the new toon, Lady Hammerlock. Of course that name should sound familiar, she's the mean older sister of Sir Hammerlock. Her skill trees are Huntress, Cold Money and Contractual Aristocracy. Huntress is all about her sniping skills. Cold Money is about cryo damage. Contractual Aristocracy seems to be more about multiplayer, where you turn your friend into a servant, each of you giving each other bonuses. This DLC is part of the season pass if you have it, if you don't it's gonna cost you $9.99 and will be able to download on January 27. I wasn't a huge fan of the Pre-Sequel, and don't have any of the other DLC.  A hint was made about a Borderlands 3, so fingers crossed that will be good.

Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel First DLC

Today at the PAX Australia, during the Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel panel, Gearbox announced that the first DLC will come November 11. The DLC will include the new character Jack the Doppelganger as the fifth playable character. The doppelganger will be able to summon two Digi-Jacks to help the player out. The three skill trees will include Hero of this Story which will give buffs to grenades. Greater Good adds buffs to the "fight for your" mode for you and your friends. Lastly the Free Enterprise tree gives jack buffs when he picks up money and gets bonuses for using guns made by specific manufacturers. This first DLC should be ready November 11 for $9.99, and is also part of the Season Pass that you can pick up for $29.99. Also rumor of another class coming out "The Baroness" is floating around the net, but their is no news as to when she will be making her debut.

Final Borderlands 2 DLC

The day I've been dreading for oh so long has finally arrived.  That's right the final DLC for Borderlands 2 is on it's way. I can't tell you how much I've enjoyed all the DLCs for Borderlands and think it's a shame that it's all coming to an end, but all great things do I guess. The name of the DLC is Sir Hammerlock vs. the Son of Crawmerax.  It's set on an abandoned island resort, Hammerlock has been kidnapped and it's up to us to save him. It's set to be  released on April 15 for $2.99.  If you go back threw my blog you can see info on most of the past downloadable content. In a more positive note Borderlands 2 is headed to the Vita, but not until sometime this spring.

Batman Origins News

As much as we all hate it, we just have to accept that on launch all games comes with problems, Batman Origins is no exception.  But in this wonderful age of everything being connected to the net, and endless patching it's not as big of a problem. Sure you'll end up sitting around day after day downloading a new patch to fix yet another game killing bug, but at least the game works.  The only real problem is when the game makers decide they don't want to patch the game and that's what the makers of Batman Origins have done. Warner Brothers Games Montreal has recently said: "The team is currently working hard on the upcoming story DLC and there currently are no plans for releasing another patch to address the issues that have been reported on the forums,"  I don't know about you but I think I would rather have a game that works right than have more story that May or may not run right. I think this just goes to show yet another game company that cares ...

The rumor is, is that Episode 2 will let you play as Elizabeth for the first time.

Borderlands 2 Halloween DLC

Gearbox has released news on the next DLC of Borderlands 2, T.K Baha's Bloody Harvest.  We first met T.K. Baha in the first Borderlands game, blind, missing a leg and brandishing a shotgun. Spoilers, later in the game we find him murdered by bandits, hanging in his shack by his prosthetic leg. In the expansion "The Zombie Island of Dr. Ned," T.K. make surprise reappearance as a zombie. Anyway, T.K. Baha's Bloody Harvest is set to be released October 22, 2013 on PS3, XBox 360, and steam for $2.99. First DC Injustice DLC

It's only a couple weeks since Injustice: Gods Among Us was released and already we not only know what the first DLC is but we now know when it's going to be released. The very first downloadable character will be Lobo and on May 7th you'll be able to download him. But who is Lobo? Lobo was originally a villain but later turned mercenary/bounty hunter. he made his first appearance in Omega Men issue 3. He has super strength, and a super healing ability where he can regenerate himself from as little as a single cell. Lobo has a deep personal code and will never break his word even with his sadistic and vulgar attitude. If you've been online lately you've already seen the videos of Lobo and Batman beating each other senseless but just in-case here's a link to a bunch of videos on the IGN website.

Borderlands 2 new DLC News!

Gearbox has revealed that in an upcoming DLC for Borderlands 2, we will be getting a new Bault Hunter, YAY! Gearbox teased us a little clip saying "deep beneath Pandora, an experiment has escaped. Bandits beware, a new Vault Hunter is coming. More mayhem awaits."  So  we don't know when the DLC is coming, except that it should be soon and we don't know what the new vault hunter is going to look like but we do know that this patch will be part of the season pass.

Borderlands 2, The Legend Continues

Gearbox has done a great job so far giving us new content for Borderlands 2 with their third DLC, Sir Hammerlocks Big Game Hunt on it's way. With the super popularity of the last 2k has said that it wants  to keep supporting more new content to keep the fans happy.  2K has also confirmed that they will be raising the level cap from 50 in the beginning of the first quarter of next year. Past DLC have included Mr. Torgue's Campaign of Carnage, the Mechromancer pack, Creature Slaughterdome, and Captain Scarlett and her Pirate's booty. All of which are available on Steam and worth picking up. At least I've enjoyed them a ton. The Mechromancer being my favorite character so far. I'm looking forward to any other new character classes they might think up.

new Rage DCL

Well it's been awhile since we heard anything at all about id's first person shooter Rage came to us but they've finally decided to give us some new content.  It's going to include six new areas, The Scorchers (a new evil gang), new Mutant Bash TV, more mini-games and new gun, the Nailgun. It should be available for $5 or 400 microsoft points. Rage came out in the U.S. in October of 2011 to mediocre reviews. While I enjoyed the game as a whole the ending, which I'll try not to spoil, felt like it didn't actually conclude anything.  It almost felt like we were supposed to have a whole next section to the game. I always figured the first DLC would give us a better ending but not so much. This DLC does give me a bit of hope though, it shows us that they still are thinking about their game and who knows they might actually listen to their fans and finish it.  The DLC should be available next week.

Mass Effect 3 Omega DLC

I love the Mass Effect games and between the online play and the DLC for ME3 I've been on a steady stream of ME goodness that isn't about to end yet. Tomorrow, November 27 we have the latest content download for ME 3, that's right we're going back to Omega. Cerberus has taken the Omega station from ME2, and we are going to help take it back. If you want to see the launch trailer you can at ign.com , or you can click right here to take you to ign's movie page with it.

New Borderlands 2 DLC

That's right the game that keeps on giving already has another DLC on the way. Mr. Torgue's Campaign of Carnage, the next DLC for Borderlands 2 is on it's way and it's not going to take very long to get here. In fact it will be here November 20th! This DLC will show us the world of Mr. Torgue, the figure head of Torgue weapons. We will travel to the Crater of Badassitute, fighting a handful of new bosses too become the number one badass, all the while Mr. Torgue "helps" you along trying to make it all good TV. Along with new guns, we'll be able to collect new skins and heads. For the people that have bought the season pass, the DLC will be free, for the rest of us we can expect to pay about ten bucks. Happy hunting.

Skyrim: Dragonborn DLC info

For all of us that have loved Skyrim we can start getting ready for the next DLC, Dragonborn.  Dragonborn will take us to Morrowind, the setting of Elder Scrolls 3 and the hope of Dark Elves. We will continue our role as the Dragonborn, but now we are on the hunt for the first Dragonborn. The new setting will take us away from the bright more cheery lands of Skyrim, and put us into a darker, bleak land of Morrowind. We will get new shouts, including one that will let us tame dragons. Also we will see new dungeons and travel to the Daedric realm and learn new dark powers. Skyrim: Dragonborn will be available December 4th on Xbox 360, and only the Shadow knows when we will see it anywhere else. You can check out the official trailer on youtube by click right here .

Borderlands 2 DLC confirmed

That's right, the all mighty Gearbox has done it again. Not even week after the early release of the super amazing Mechromancer download, Gearbox has confirmed the release of the next DLC for Borderlands 2. This DLC is entitled "Captain Scarlett and Her Pirate’s Booty," is the first of four to be released. The price is set for $10.00, or if you've already bought the season pass for $29.99, you will access to this DLC and the rest upon their release. The content will include new enemies, a new vehicle, the sand skiff, and a new form of money, seraph crystals. We should be able to download this endless shoot'em fun on October 16th.

it's alive! Mechrommancer early release

Oh yeah I didn't see this one coming but it made my day and I'm sure a whole lot of other peoples. The makers of Borderlands 2 has graced the masses that decided to pre-order their super funny, shooting extravaganza, also known as Borderlands 2, with the release of the Mechromancer an entire week early. That's alright you can go change your pants, I can wait. I thought it was kinda exciting too. The new character class known as the Mechromancer is the first added character, along with being the first of the DLC for those who had the good sense to pre-order the game. The Mechromaner is a young lady... well close enough to lady, who's special ability is to summon a floating robot to do her bidding which just happens to be kill, kill, kill and boy does he do it well. With added skills like equipping a laser cannon to the robot, he can take down anybody and anything in his path. But the Mechromancer doesn't just rely on the robot, she can get slick skills like letting...

DLC, and Patch goodies

Hey everybody how's it going? So the end of June is upon us and we have some great content coming to save us from the murderous heat outside. First we the makers of Mass Effect 3 have decided to appease it's fans with the DLC that is supposed to better explain the ending that left us hanging. Now I have to re-beat ME2 and ME3 just to make sure that I don't forget anything. I started replaying ME3 without an ME2 save and found out that all the ME2 character just don't show up. I was kinda annoyed with that so I'm restarting ME2 tomorrow. We also have the Dawnguard DLC coming out on the 26th as well. Although I've been reading different things all over the web saying that the PC  and PS3 release dates may be later. This DLC is supposed to make us into vampires, that have been super  enhanced from your common everybody elder scroll vampire, or able to make us into vampire hunters. It will also add mounted combat, the crossbow, and as always a ton of new quests....
