Wildstar Continues

My slow and steady romp threw the world of WildStar continues. At this point I've stopped buying all those extra things... Well except the level two mining fab kit. That cost me 10 gold and was my first purchase at the auction house.  Things are going to be a bit different when it comes to auction house, at least different than WoW.

In WoW I made my first real gold selling ore I ran around getting, it doesn't look like that will work in WS seeing as how everybody can mine anything it's just that because I picked up the mining profession I get a bonus to how much I can pick up. My other profession is weapon crafting, and that doesn't look like it makes much of anything in the auction house either, which puts me up a creek without a paddle. So far I just sell everything I don't need, or can't use along with selling the extra weapons I make to level the weapons crafting profession. So far I'm doing ok with that but I haven't really needed to buy much of anything yet.

Tomorrow I'm going to finally go on my second Adventure, I've only run the first one so far so it should be interesting.

That's right a the road to being a ninja, because we all know nothing beats a ninja. So how do you become a ninja? First: You have to have a level 30 rogue, and a level 15 Pugilist. Second: You need to be done with the rogue story quest with the three treasures.( Found that out last night the hard way) Third: (unconfirmed) Do the story quest Sylph Management. You've probably already got it done, but still a lot of people told me I needed this one done. Forth: Once the first and second things are done go and talk to Jacke at the rogue's guild and he'll set you up with the quest chain for ninja.

Wildstar goes F2P

Another MMO is going free to play. That's right recently the makers of WildStar have announced it's going free to play. I don't know if it's just going completely free and just charging people for the extras in-game or if you'll still have to buy the game but they are getting rid of the monthly fee. Really you didn't need to pay a monthly fee, I know I didn't for the short time I played the game. All you had to do was buy (with in-game money) the special tokens that would let you in-turn buy game time. That's right, it's the system that WoW picked up, which kinda makes me wonder if WoW is going to be going free sometime in the future. hmmmmm. Anyway Wildstar is supposed to be going free this fall.  So if you haven't played or like me got tired of playing, this fall might be a good time to hop back into the game.

Borderlands 2 Halloween DLC

Gearbox has released news on the next DLC of Borderlands 2, T.K Baha's Bloody Harvest.  We first met T.K. Baha in the first Borderlands game, blind, missing a leg and brandishing a shotgun. Spoilers, later in the game we find him murdered by bandits, hanging in his shack by his prosthetic leg. In the expansion "The Zombie Island of Dr. Ned," T.K. make surprise reappearance as a zombie. Anyway, T.K. Baha's Bloody Harvest is set to be released October 22, 2013 on PS3, XBox 360, and steam for $2.99. The DLC is set to have new missions, multiple side quests and a boss battle against the Pumpkin Kingpin. Along the quests you'll get different candies that give you temporary buffs. This is supposed to be the first of Borderlands 2 headhunter packs, where you take out a boss which will give you it's wearable head and a new skin for your character.
