Panda Pandemonium or Feel my Fists of Steel
So by now we've already hear of the the new WoW expansion Mists of Pandaria and already people are freaking out. What does everybody have against the Pandas anyway? I think they look kinda neat so far. I remember before the Worgen came into the game everybody was freaking out about them too. They were the end of Warcraft, people were saying and here we are, the craze that came with the Worgen is gone. They have worked nicely into the game and I haven't heard about any real world deaths because of it. And lets not forget about the great Death Knight scare, another thing that was going to destroy WoW.
As for the Pandaren, people are talking as if they haven't been in any part of the WarCraft lore so far, but they were. Pandarens were first seen in the WarCraft 3 expansion. They've also been mentioned around WoW by npcs they speak about them more as myths than anything else. If your a lore nut like me or just want to learn more about the new race you can check out WoWWiki. You can also learn all about any other WoW lore there.
Also with this new expansion we get the new character class of Monk. When I heard this I couldn't help but dance around a little. Monk has always been my favorite class. Threw the NeverWinter games I've even taken to playing one in Oblivion. It just seems like the class that people forgot. Ok so we usually don't get cool weapons or armor, but still there's something about the monk that just makes me happy. Of course the WoW monks are going to have access to cloth and leather armor along with Fist Weapons, One-Handed Axes, One-Handed Maces, One-Handed Swords, Polearms, and Staves giving us one big arsenal. Who knows what they'll be along the lines of tank, heals, or dps. So far it I don't really understand what they're going to with talent trees.
So what do you think about Pandarens, monks, the new talent tree system? Are you looking forward to the new changes or is this all just a big mistake?
